UK sales

No minimum purchase.

For wholesale/pet shops, minimum purchase is 5 pieces.

All prices quoted (GBP) and shipping charges are £30 per box shipped via APC (Defra Registered Courier) next day guaranteed delivery before 12pm (noon)

Full payment must be showing in our company bank before orders are released for shipping.

Overseas (outside of UK) sales

For wholesale/pet shops, minimum purchase is 10 pieces.

Please note that your country’s relevant import permits (under CITES or Europe Article 10's) will be needed before we can export from the UK.

All prices quoted (GBP) and freight charges will apply as agreed.

Full payment must be showing in our company bank before orders are released for shipping.

Dead on arrival (DOA)

Our experience over the years of trading has lead us to a 100% survival rate of fish in transit. If a specimen does die in transit, it will be replaced like for like. We will need you to freeze the body straight away (over night should suffice) and send back to us special next day delivery so we can autopsy, and replace.
