Terms of Sale
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Planet Arowana.
PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no refunds. We can offer you a different fish of the same or lesser value. Please contact us to discuss options.
UK Sales
- No minimum purchase for private buyers.
- For wholesale/pet shops, minimum purchase is 5 pieces.
- All prices quoted in GBP. Shipping charges are £30 per box, shipped via APC (Defra Registered Courier) — next day guaranteed delivery before 12pm (noon).
- Full payment must be showing in our company bank account before orders are released for shipping.
Overseas Sales (Outside of UK)
- For wholesale/pet shops, minimum purchase is 10 pieces.
- Please note that your country's relevant import permits (under CITES or Europe Article 10) will be needed before we can export from the UK.
- All prices quoted in GBP. Freight charges will apply as agreed.
- Full payment must be showing in our company bank account before orders are released for shipping.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Our experience over the years of trading has led us to a 100% survival rate of fish in transit.
- If a specimen does die in transit, it will be replaced like for like.
- We will need you to freeze the body straight away (overnight should suffice) and send it back to us via special next day delivery so we can carry out an autopsy.
- Please contact us immediately upon discovering a DOA — do not discard the specimen before contacting us.
